Measuring and fitting our window blinds couldn’t be easier:
- 01. Hold your blinds up to your window to measure
- 02. Cut along the blind vertically at the required point with a craft knife
- 03. Peel of the plastic to reveal the sticky edge
- 04. Push the adhesive side of the blind onto the desired position to fit

Really great as a budget temporary options 4/5 given purely as it has some room for improvement:
1. Adding some more colours would be great. Although white and black are versitile they are boring colours some pastel or bright colours would make the temp blinds give some style and pop thus drawing the attention away of them being paper.
2. Would benefit from an option of cut to size. As i needed to cut them to size and it never ends up even, if looking at them closely you can see uneven edges.
3. The paper is reletively thick and it feels like it could accommodate a string to be used for opening/closing the blinds.

Great blinds, they look great but have one flaw. So I got the longest length available (2m) ideally I could have done with a bit longer. But 2m isn’t what you get cos I didn’t think it through. It’s linked with the folds so the drop when left to hang (not clipped) sits WAY shorter then 2m even after I’ve pulled it down to unfold slightly, they still sit way too short! Such a shame. So over measure for length to accommodate this.

Very please with the blind apart from the fact the paper was joined in two places, leaving a yellow tinged stripe across the blind where it had been glued and the paper was double thickness. Not was I was expecting in terms of quality but the fixing and end result was as expected with easy to follow instructions.

The blinds are great. I put them on all the windows in my new house. However getting them off was a different story. The adhesive is so strong that has never come off the window frames. I’ve tried everything to get it off but there’s still loads of it everywhere. So my advice would be to use something else to stick to your windows, like blutack for example.

Brilliant temporary solution while waiting for shutters for my new build. Was worried that the adhesive might damage the paintwork, so I used tensioned net rods and attached the blinds to these. Worked really well and super easy to do. Very happy. Only problem is that I bought a box of 6 blinds and could do with just one more to complete the flat, but there’s not an option to buy a single extra one!

Great temporary solution and arrived really quickly. Only complaint is that they were wedged too far into the box and each end of the blinds were quite bent over. Fortunately I didn’t need the entire width of the blind for where I was putting them so was able to cut off but had I needed the full width they would have looked awful and not opened properly. Maybe better packing would help.

It would have been great if you had explained that the length of the blind refers to the total length of the piece of paper. Once concertine-d, the paper blind is of course shorter. Also, of my three blinds, two arrived rather squished. Cutting them to size was not that easy – more advice/tips on the best way to do this would have also been appreciated.
All that said, the one (unsquished) blind which is now in place is just what I wanted – a quick, cheap, neutral/pleasant window covering, with no screws or fixings needed.

Quick delivery although box was a bit bent and bashed (not robust enough for safe transit) – luckily blind was only minimally out of shape. Wanted for my almost fully glazed entry door however in order for the blind to fit lengthwise we had to stretch it a bit and attach to the bottom of the door with a bit of velcro. Also, the depth of the pleats was too wide to insert into the top of the frame of my door (pretty narrow) so had to put the sticky bit against the glass instead which doesn’t look quite as nice. But it hides any post which arrives when I’m away, looks good and is a great alternative to buying a new, sold door so I’m happy with it. A really good idea – more colours please.

These fit my windows perfectly and look good. My only complaint is that because they have to be flush to the windows to stick when they are raised and clipped, they do stick out a bit. However, they do the job and are inexpensive.

We bought this latest set of blinds simply because we were so impressed with the first set that we had acquired a week ago. And, having put them up in our much-loved conservatory, placing them neatly on the windows themselves rather than the frames (because we like to see the frames!), the results have been way better than expected. The conservatory is no longer oppressively hot (and now is the perfect time for that to be tested given this gorgeous weather we’ve been having!) and the blinds even look great. The first time I cut one of the blinds to size was terrifying but it really was straightforward, and it was possible to fit two conservatory windows with each blind. If I had to say anything vaguely negative, it would be to declare my disappointment that the clips/pegs offered (https://www.blindsinabox.co.uk/product/clips) are so relatively expensive. Perhaps ‘that’s just the way it is’ and the Blindsinabox workforce aren’t all running off to Bermuda with the profits… but we’ve ended up using our own clothes-pegs instead – not as pretty perhaps but workable! That aside, I think Blindsinabox are absolutely fantastic.

What a great idea. Arrived promptly, and, after two weeks still attached and working really well. Light enough to stick on, but robust enough to survive being attached to the front door which is obviously used frequently. Keeps the hall significantly cooler.
One thing to be aware of is to leave a bit of spare length for the folds, so the standard 185cms length is exactly right for my 165cms of glass on the front door.

Even as an 80 something, I managed to trim and fix OK. My only negative comment is that the clips aren’t quite large enough to hold the blind in a fully up position. I’ve supplemented your clip with a plastic clothes peg, which works well.

We needed some temporary blinds whilst we wait for new doors to be installed in our new home so we thought these would be perfect. Our doors are 190cm drop and as there was only 200 drop available we bought them. Sadly they’re quite disappointing because the drop isn’t anywhere near 200cm, even when we stretch out the pleats to straight paper, they’re still about 20cm short. We do use them but they only drop to calf length which looks poor and very temporary, we have tried putting the clips on the bottom to weigh them down and create a longer length but they are not heavy enough so they’re 3/4 blinds.

Having replaced windows and waiting on blinds being made, I needed something to provide some degree of privacy. BlindsInABox were the perfect solution. They turned up the next day, needed a bit of effort to cut them to size with a Stanley knife, but super easy to attach to the window frame and job done. They don’t look like cheap paper and if you wanted to keep them up all the time they would look fine!
